The Strand Theatre opened in March 1915 with “Three Weeks”, staring Conrad Nagel and Ailene Pringle.
On November 10, 1916, Mr. F. Naso opened theater as the Lincoln Theatre.
The Lincoln News Messenger reported that in 1926 John Moore bought the theatre and in 1936 renamed it the Moore Theatre.
The Moore Theatre closed in 1950 with a Film Daily Year Book listing of 350 seats.
In 1966 the Bank of America was erected on the site.
