The OTSU7 Cinema on the seventh floor of the Otsu PARCO mall (located on the site of a former local wholesale market) opened its doors on November 2, 1996 with seven screens and 1,318 seats, and was renamed the United Cinema Otsu in 2004.

Screen 3 is the largest with 348 seats, while Screen 5 is the smallest with 96 seats. The rest of the auditoriums have ranging capacities of 110-272. Screen 5 also has installations of 4DX, which were installed in December 2017.
