Located on a plot of land at the rear of the Roxy Theatre (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). The open-air Roxy Garden Theatre opened on 14th February 1936. By 1946 it was operated by Riverina Theatres Property Ltd. It was closed in circa 1965.
Demolished (date unknown?) the site is now the Leeton Centre Motel.
