This theater appears to have opened in 1936. It was a modest one story brick building with a stepped false front.
Originally shown with 330 seats, by 1949 this had been reduced to 298. The theater appears to have closed sometime between 1952 and 1954.
The building is in good shape today, and is home to the local paper and an insurance office.
