The Dreamland Theater was owned by Abe Wallerstein. In July 1925 Wallerstein sold his four Michigan City, Ind., theaters to Chicago-based Fitzpatrick-McElroy. While the Dreamland Theater is listed among the four that were sold it does not appear in Film Daily Yearbook 1925.
