The Theatre was built in 1911, opening on March 11, 1911. It was renamed Chimes Theatre in May 1934. In 1935 it was re-named Cedarburg Theatre. It was closed in 1946.
The building is still standing with a heavily modified facade. The stage is said to still exist. It became a bakery named Delicately Delicious. Luna Salon is the current tenant.

For the record there was a third, short lived theatre in Cedarburg called the Scenic Theatre located in the Bodendoerfer Store Building. But I’ve yet to find an address or years of operation.
Correction: Actual opening date is March 11, 1911 as the Chimes Theatre. It was renamed the Cedarburg Theatre in May 1934, and closed in 1945. Please fix.
