This simple early theater appears on the July 1915 Sanborn, in a one story concrete block structure. Cimarron is not listed in the 1914-15 AMPD, so this may have been newly opened. No earlier maps exist of this town, and the history of the building is unclear.
This theater had closed by 1922, when the building is shown as a store. After being an office for many years, this building is now a bar & grill, and seems to be in decent condition.
