The C.M. Beed Theatre opened as early as 1921 and was renamed the Enfield Theatre by 1936 when it had 310-seats. It was remodeled in 1948 and suffered a small projection room fire in August 1950, but immediately reopened right afterward.
The Enfield Theatre closed in October 1960, and was immediately placed on sale afterward.
