This theater is listed in the 1914-15 AMPD. The theater was located on the second floor of a very plain two story brick building on Main Boulevard (today renamed Main Avenue). There is very little information available, but the building had been constructed by 1911. It is not listed in the 1905 Cahn Guide, which may simply have been an oversight.
The theater appears to have closed by 1926. The building for many years had a horrific slipcover, but this was removed by 2021. Today it houses a thrift store, although the usage for the second floor is unclear.

Sorry, street should be Main Ave. Google has it both right and wrong depending on the address. The historic name of the street was apparently ‘Boulevard’.
Sorry again, the street’s name used to be Boulevard, not the type. No idea if it was Boulevard St or Boulevard Blvd, or what.
