Located in Downtown on E. 9th Street, the Miles Theatre was opened on October 26, 1913 as a vaudeville theatre and was operated by the Miles Theatre Company who also operated theatres in Detroit & Pittsburgh. It was renamed Columbia Theatre in 1920. It became a movie theatre in 1931 and was still open in 1943. It was demolished in the 1950’s.
