This was the original Frisco Theatre in the town of Frisco, TX. It was a wooden building which opened in 1915. Around 1918 a brick facade was added to the front of the building. The theatre was destroyed by a fire in 1922, with only the brick facade left standing.

The facade was incorporated into a new theatre which was built in 1922 and opened as the Queen Theatre, later renamed Frisco, then Gem and finally Rio (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures).
