Liberty Theatre

The Liberty Theatre opened its doors by Joseph L. Delisi and his company on February 7, 1924 with Jackie Coogan in “My Boy” alongside an unnamed two-reel comedy.

Right after the Liberty’s closure in the mid-1960s, the Liberty’s original Super Simplex 35mm projector with RCA Photophone stamp was sold to Hollywood illustrator A.L. Henry, and later displayed at the Jimmy Stewart Museum in Indiana, PA.

The theater building is in excellent condition, with the space used by a graphics business.
