Casino

Dinant is a touristic city near Namur, and is well known for the “Rocher Baillard” and being the birth place of Adolphe Sax inventor the Saxophone. There were two other cinema’s in the town, the Coliseum and Royal, both opened before 1940. There is a Casino which opened a cinema. Kir Goulas in “Spartacus” was shown there in 1962. The two other cinemas had closed before 1960. The Casino has been replaced by the Cultural Centre Baudoin IV.
