Located in the south district of Steglitz. The Park-Lichtspiele was opened in 1930. It was designed by architectural firm Wiener & Jaretzki and had 968-seats. It was closed and damaged during World War II.

In 1959 plans by architect Gerhard Fritsche were approved and it was renovated with a reduced seating capacity of 795-seats. It was closed in 1968 and was converted into a supermarket which was still open in 1995. It has since been demolished and an apartment block with retail at ground level has been built on the site.
