The plans on the left are from 1915 and Rogers & Bonnah exterior plans of the new-build Friedberg Building that will house the Drury Lane Theatre in 1916.

At right are the plans to update the building for the Rollins Company and its Streamline Moderne stylings proposed and executed in 1938 with the Rollins rolling from March 25, 1938 on a 20-year leasing agreement to 1958. A streamline moderne theater - the Telenews - will become a neighbor.
