Located in the far south district of Otahuhu. The Gaiety Theatre was opened by 1951 and was independently operated by Otahuhu Enterprises Ltd. who also operated the nearby Orpheus Theatre in Otahuhu. Since closing it has been used by various clothing stores and since 2022 Universal Sportswear.
