The Aeon Cinema Tsudanuma South was renovated on site of the former Yokado store, and because of it, it featured the lowest ceiling height than any other theater operated by Aeon. The theater opened its doors on July 10, 2026 featuring 403 seats and six screens.

Screens 2 and 3 housed 184 seats, while Screens 1, 4, 5, 6, housed 60, 41, 38, and 84 seats separately. Screen 1 housed Dolby Atmos, while Screen 3 housed 3D installations, and Screen 6 being the theater’s DTS Surround Cinema. Screens 1 and 6 also housed Christie Hybrid RGB Laser projection.
