This modest theatre was built in 1927. The façade is a very simple Mission style, cream with green trim. There are fairly large retail spaces on either side, which are also vacant. There is a rather large live oak growing through an opening in the roof. I’m not sure whether this was built as an open air theatre, or if the modification came later.
The Mission Theatre was still open in 1957.
