The theater in the picture was the UA 4-9 which was behind the Volusia Mall. The theatre you were thinking of was the Belair.
The Belair was originally a GC then was bought by AMC. The Belair closed around 88/89
Does anybody know which chain ran this theater? I remember righ on the beach there was a GCC twin in the 70’s that was sold to AMC. Of course they closed it.
