There’s a YouTube channel called Highway Videos that posts old Washington State Department of Transportation videos made for road inventory and maintenance purposes. On November 11, 1982 (my 15th birthday) the camera vehicle passed by the Parkland Theater as part of a video cataloging State Route 7.
I only went by this theater once maybe a few years later, and I remember protesters with signs out in front of the theater. This could mean that the management had switched to adult movies at the time, though I have no other information confirming this.
