The 1912 Sanborn Map has the theater at 3506 (Bridgeport News as of writing), so it might not have need to be removed as Broan speculated. I don’t know for sure, of course.
The picture of Rainbow is at 3906 26th St, across the street. I don’t know for sure what is what. I’ll be nailing down the info later but I thought I’d let others know there may be a discrepancy.
