A rarity: the Jerry Lewis Cinema in Monahans was not a new build theatre but a retrofit of an existing, long-standing theater. But the combination of Jerry’s name in a veteran establishment fared no better than the many of other Jerry Lewis Cinemas which either went out of business, were sold to more experienced operators or were renamed.
