This marvelous photo of a firemens' fund drive at the Rustic Drive-In Theatre was featured in the Images of America book “Norvelt: A New Deal Subsistence Homestead”. Located between the communities of Norvelt and United, The Rustic was once a popular weekend spot for those living in the area.
