This is the cover of the exhibit brochure to a show about Oscar Micheaux, a pioneer of black cinema. He supplied many of the motion pictures beginning with the silent era that so-called Negro theaters showed along with mainstream Hollywood productions. Unfortunately, I can’t remember where I saw the exhibit or put my hands on the brochure.
