The state of Nevada is not interested in funding and restoring this beautiful property. It is one of the oldest landmarks in Nevada.
Shame on Cima’s Furniture! Could'nt they have found a more industrial place for a wharehouse

MY NAME IS DENNIS LIVINGSTON II. MY GRANDFATHER STANLEY LIVINGSTON OWNED THE HUNTRIDGE FOR A SORT TIME WITH SOME OTHER PARTNERS. HE REFURBISHED THE INSIDE AND OPENED IN THE EARLY 90’s AS A SPANISH MOVIE HOUSE. IT WAS OPENED FOR A SHORT TIME BUT THAN LATER CLOSED DUE TO LACK OF PROFIT. ALSO KEEP IN MIND AT THAT TIME THE LATINO POPULATION WAS NOT AS LARGE AS IT IS TODAY. IF YOU KNEW MY GRANDFATHER AND SHARE ANY MEMORIES WITH HIM I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU. HE DIED IN 1994. HE WAS A GREAT MAN AND CAME FROM A LONG HISTORY OF MANAGING AND OWNING MOTION PICTURE THEATRES IN LOS ANGELES.

Peppertree 3 Cinemas opened in the summer of 1973. From 1973 to 1987 it was a union ran movie house. Voted the “best popcorn” in the valley. One of the only family owned movie theatres. Sold in 1987 by Stanley and Dennis Livingston Sr. What a great place!

MY NAME IS DENNIS LIVINGSTON II. MY GRANDFATHER STANLEY LIVINGSTON WAS THE MANAGER OF THE AMERICANA FOR MANY YEARS. HE WAS A VERY KIND GENTLEMAN AND HAD A LOT OF GREAT FRIENDS. HE SOON LEFT THE AMERICANA TO BECOME JOINT OWNERS WITH MY FATHER AT THE PEPPERTREE 3 CINEMAS. IF YOU KNEW MY GRANDFATHER OR FATHER AND SHARE ANY MEMORIES WITH THEM I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

MY NAME IS DENNIS LIVINGSTON II. MY FATHER INHERITED THE PEPPERTREE 3 CINEMAS BY MR. LIPPERT AFTER HE PASSED AWAY. MY GRANDFATHER STANLEY LIVINGSTON WAS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATIONS AND MY FATHER WAS THE OWNER/PROJECTIONIST. MY FAMILY SOLD THE THEATRE IN 1997 TO RELOCATE TO LAS VEGAS, NV. I HAVE A LOT OF GREAT MEMORIES OF THE PEPERTREE 3 CINEMAS AND I INVITE YOU TO SHARE YOURS WITH ME. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES TO ENJOY SECOND RUN MOVIES. I AM THE ONLY SURVIVING KIN OF THE LIVINGSTON FAMILY. IF YOU KNEW MY FAMILY AND HAD ANY SPECIAL CONNECTION WITH THEM I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

SINCERLY,
DENNIS LIVINGSTON II email:
