So, as usual, I wuz sittin' an' stinkin' ‘bout the dragon-teecher, the dungeon skool an’ how opresed us students are, all over the total skool!
Now, we gotta write a paper ‘bout smilin’ Tony an' frownin' Brown!
Sumthin' ‘bout changin’ goverments in diff'rent countries?
Well, smilin' Tony sure messed up wen he threw in with ol' Stetson hat an' his mission ‘complished fairy tale, which still hasn’t reeched a happy endin’ for anybody an' is still a mission, an' nowhere near ‘complished!
The dragon-teecher sez, “At least Tony Blair is leaving right away and Gordon Brown may be able to correct some of the mistakes his predecessor made, but Bush is still around to continue his stubborn ways, which ruined the lives of many other people, while he sleeps safely in the White House, surrounded by well-paid people who are designated to keep him safe."
Hmm, I thought, 1 out, 1 left, but still along way too go, almos’ two years to go, infact!
My granma always sez, "I can understand the people choosing Bush II once, but I cannot imagine what their secret desires were to choose that man twice. Of course, I have to admit, he did some things correctly, but he did so many things incorrectly, that the mistakes overshadow his accomplishments! So I’m afraid we lost more than we gained!"
Wow, granma sed this with a lot of feelin', so I guess she reely ment it!
Sumtimes I think grown-ups choose their politicians like we kidz do wen we play spin the bottle, to see who gets kissed or has too klean the blackboard or take out the garbages!
Ya seen one game, ya seen ‘em all!
Maybe that’s the answer to my homewerk for the dragon-teecher, aka. slave driver, dungeon keeper, busy body person, wen she opreses us kidz to write 'bout politicians in diff'rent countries!

Eines Tages, wenn ich erwachsen werde!
Also, wie üblich war ich am Sitzâ€\n und Stinkâ€\n üba die Drachenlehrerin, die Kerkerschule und wie unterdrückt wir Schüler sind, in der ganzen totalen Schule!
Jetzâ€\ sollâ€\n wir â€\ne Arbeit schreibâ€\n üba Heiterkeitstony und Stirnrunzelbrown!
Irgendwas üba Regierungswechsel in verschiedenen Ländern?
Nun, Heiterkeitstony hatâ€\s garantiert vamasselt, als er sich olle Texashut angeschlossâ€\n hatte und seinem Mission-erfüllt-Märchen, das imma noch kein glückliches Ende erreicht hat für irgendwen, und isâ€\ imma noch â€\ne Mission, und nichâ€\ maâ€\ annähernd erfüllt!
Die Drachenlehrerin sagt: “Wenigstens geht Tony Blair geradewegs und Gordon Brown könnte dazu fähig sein, einige Fehler seines Vorgängers zu korrigieren, aber Bush ist immer noch da und setzt seinen sturen Weg fort, der das Leben vieler anderer Menschen ruinierte, während er sicher im Weißen Haus schläft, umgeben von gutbezahlten Leuten, die dazu bestimmt sind, ihn zu beschützen."
Mmmh, ich dachte, einer draußen, einer geht, aber imma noch â€\n langer Weg vor uns, fast zwei Jahre vor uns, genauer gesagt!
Meine Oma sagt imma: "Ich kann die Menschen verstehen, als sie sich für Bush II einmal entschieden hatten, aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, was ihre geheimen Wünsche waren, als sie den Mann zum zweiten Mal wählten. Natürlich muss ich zugeben, dass er einiges richtig gemacht hat, aber er hat so viele Dinge falsch gemacht, dass die Fehler seine Leistungen überschatten! Darum, fürchte ich, haben wir mehr verloren, als wir gewonnen haben!"
Wow, Oma sagte das mit ganz viel Gefühl, also glaub ich maâ€\, dass sie es wirklich meinte!
Manchmaâ€\ glaub ich, Erwachsene wählâ€\n ihre Politiker wie wir Kinder das machâ€\n, wenn wir Flaschendrehâ€\n, um rauszufindâ€\n, wer geküsst wird oder die Tafel putzâ€\n oder den Müll rausbringâ€\n muss!
Kennste ein Spiel, kennste alle!
Vielleicht isâ€\ das die Antwort für meine Hausaufgabe für die Drachenlehrerin, auch bekannt als Sklaventreiberin, Kerkermeisterin, Arbeitskörper, wenn sie uns Kinder damit unterdrückt, üba Politiker aus verschiedenen Ländern zu schreibâ€\n!
Kennste einen von diesen Politikerleuten, kennste alle!
Jap, mit dieser Brillanz kann ich schlafâ€\n gehâ€\n â€"

Dear colleagues and friends of Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre,
We are pleased to report a very successful XX. Black International Cinema Berlin 2005.
We were honored with the presence of guests and filmmakers, fashion designers and models, from the U.S.A., U.K., France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Berlin and elsewhere. In addition, filmmakers and guests were interviewed in the cinema, by co-founder/director/moderator Prof. Donald Muldrow Griffith during The Collegium Television Program Berlin, Trier, Kaiserslautern, Magdeburg and Wolfsburg. The Collegium Television Program is also produced and directed by Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre. A large and responsive audience gathered to screen films and network. The 20th anniversary of the Black International Cinema Berlin was a wonderful, exhausting and fulfilling experience and we look forward to sharing the XXI. Black International Cinema Berlin, Paris, St. Louis, Mo. 2006 festival with all of you, next year!

Auch wurden FilmemacherInnen und Gäste von Ko-Gründer/Direktor/Moderator Prof. Donald Muldrow Griffith während der Sendung The Collegium Television Program Berlin, Trier, Kaiserslautern, Magdeburg und Wolfsburg interviewt. The Collegium Television Program wird ebenfalls von Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre produziert und geleitet. 1 Day, When I Grow Up!
So, as usual, I wuz sittinâ€\ anâ€\ stinkinâ€\ â€\bout evâ€\rythinâ€\ in general anâ€\ nothinâ€\ in particular, when the dragon-teecher intruded into my space anâ€\ asked me a question, I didnâ€\t know the answer too!
The dragon smiled anâ€\ sed, “I could tell by your eyes with the far away gaze and smile, you were not paying attention! School requires concentration, discipline and constant mental application, except during your free time and this is clearly not your free time â€" Mister Star Gazer!“
Wow, she reely shot me down anâ€\ now I gotta do more homework! She probably had it in mind to do me in with homework anyway anâ€\ wuz jes waitinâ€\ for her big fat chance!
O.K., now I gotta write â€\bout a guy named Galloway!? First I thought he wuz a basketball player, but no such luck!
Seems sum British guy opened new doors in peepleâ€\s heds, with blocked brains in Washington D.C.?
O.K., like Papa sez, “some of those politicians need Ajax cleaner to wipe out the drudge in their brain anâ€\ try to figure out what to do to help someone, besides themselves!“
I think Papa has polickticians on the low end of his ladder of good peeple!
“Not a Mandela among them,“ Papa alwayz sez.
So, no Mandelas, but thatâ€\s not my project. I need to know â€\bout a guy named Galloway from the U.K.!
Kinda rhymes, doesnâ€\t it?
Iâ€\m a poet anâ€\ donâ€\t even know it!
Kool, but whut â€\bout Galloway?
When in doubt or need, Granma anâ€\ Papa alwayz cum to my homework rescue â€" so, here I go!
Seems like Granma anâ€\ Papa thought pretty high of this no basketball player, named Galloway.
Papa sez, “if this man were representative of our leading politicians, this country would at least have clear answers to some of our problems, rather than the mud talk we always hear, at least lately!“
Granma sez, “well, he didnâ€\t stop Buster Blair from going to war, but at least he offered a clear and truer vision of what the Iraq situation was and is all about!
So you read his speech and then write about his telling the truth and trying to tell people about reality and not keep playing Disney World with us, like olâ€\ Stetson Hat and his crew keep doing.“
Wow, strong stuff, but I got all the answers I need for the dragon anâ€\ with the Galloway speech on my paper anâ€\ Granmaâ€\s anâ€\ Papaâ€\s wurds, Iâ€\m gonna reach for the sky!
Ha, ha, look out dragon, here I cum!
But first, I gotta rest a while

Erwachsensein!
Eines Tages, wenn ich erwachsen werde!
Also, wie üblich war ich am Sitzâ€\n und Stinkâ€\n üba alles im Allgemeinen und nix im Besonderen, als die Drachenlehrerin in meine Sphäre eindrang und mir â€\ne Frage stellte, und die Antwort wusstâ€\ ich auch nichâ€\!
Der Drachen lächelte und sagte: “Ich konnte an deinen Augen, mit dem starren Blick in die Ferne und dem Lächeln, sehen, dass du nicht aufgepasst hast! Schule erfordert Konzentration, Disziplin und geistige Mitarbeit, außer während deiner Freizeit und dies ist sicher nicht deine Freizeit â€" Herr Sternengucker!“
Wow, die hat mich echt erwischt und jetzâ€\ muss ich mehr Hausaufgaben machâ€\n. Wahrscheinlich hat sie sowieso schon â€\dran gedacht, mir mit Hausarbeiten eine â€\rein zu drücken, und nur auf ihre fette Chance gewartet!
Okay, jetzâ€\ soll ich üba â€\n Typen namens Galloway schreibâ€\n!? Erst dachte ich, der isâ€\ â€\n Basketballspieler, aber Pech gehabt!
Scheint so, als ob soâ€\n britischer Typ neue Türen geöffnet hat in den Köpfen der Menschen mit blockierten Gehirnen in Washington D.C.?
Okay, wie Papa sagt: “Einige dieser Politiker brauchen Ajaxreiniger, um die Verstopfung aus ihrem Gehirn zu spülen und zu versuchen herauszufinden, was zu tun ist, um jemandem zu helfen, außer sich selbst!“
Ich glaubâ€\, für Papa stehâ€\n Politicker auf der untersten Stufe der guten Menschen!
“Nicht ein Mandela unter ihnen,“ sagt Papa imma.
Also, keine Mandelas, aber das isâ€\ nichâ€\ meine Aufgabe. Ich muss was wissen, und das jetzâ€\ gleich, üba â€\n Typen namens Galloway aussem Vereinigten Königreich!
Reimt sich irgendwie, nichâ€\ wahr?
Ich schreibâ€\ â€\n Gedicht und weiß es nicht!
Kool, aber was isâ€\ mit Galloway?
Ob im Zweifel oder in â€\ner Notlage, sind imma Oma und Papa als meine Retter der Hausaufgaben da â€" also, hier kommâ€\ ich!
Scheint so, als ob Oma und Papa ziemlich große Stücke von diesem Nichtâ€"Basketballspieler namens Galloway haltâ€\n.
Papa sagt: “Wenn dieser Mann repräsentativ für unsere führenden Politiker wäre, hätte dieses Land zumindest klare Antworten auf einige unserer Probleme, anders als das schlammige Gerede, das wir immer hören, jedenfalls kürzlich!“
Oma sagt: “Nun, er hat den Burschen Blair nicht davon abgehalten, in den Krieg zu ziehen, aber wenigstens bietet er eine klare und wahrhaftigere Vorstellung davon, was die Situation im Irak war und überhaupt ist!

A distribution agreement has been established between Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service and Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. (Friends Of The German Film Archive), Berlin/Germany, for selected participating films from the annual Black International Cinema Berlin.
PUBLICATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION
The Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service and Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. offers international and inter- and crosscultural perspectives, through film, video and publications.
The cinematic resources include narrative, documentary, experimental and comedic work presented by an international group of video/filmmakers.
Subject matter such as dance, theatre, film, fine arts, socio-political and historical issues are portrayed in our cinematic offerings and also in the Black International Cinema Anthologies.
The BIC Anthologies are published in association with the Black International Cinema film/video festival and are authored by an informed international group of writers.

Der Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service und Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. bieten internationale, interkulturelle sowie crosskulturelle Perspektiven präsentiert durch Filme, Videos und Publikationen.
Die kinematischen Ressourcen setzen sich zusammen aus Spielfilmen, Dokumentationen, Komödien und Experimentalfilmen präsentiert von einer Gruppe internationaler Video- und Filmemacher.

We are inviting applications from aspiring singers with artistry and talent, who wish to improve their vocal technique and study oratorio, opera and German romantic Lied repertoire.
The master classes will address the singers individual requirements i.e., stage poise, audition preparations, vocal and breathing techniques and professional contacts.
A concluding concert will be presented to the Berlin public during the XX. Black International Cinema Berlin 2005, May 5 – 8. The master classes and concert will be conducted by Prof. Norma Sharp and Ms. Nena Brzakovic.
MAY VOICES IN BERLIN 2005 participants, ages 16 â€" 35, will be selected on a basis of submitted tapes or CD’s. Please mail the audition materials to Prof. Norma Sharp, Hochschule für Musik „Hanns Eisler“, Charlottenstr. 55, 10117 Berlin/Germany, by February 15, 2005.

Those invited artists will engage in 5 hour daily classes with Prof. Norma Sharp and Ms. Nena Brzakovic.
Participating artists will be required to pay a fee of 250,00 Euros for master classes and concert.
For those wishing to monitor/observe classes, the fee is 125,00 Euros.
The daily class observation fee is 30,00 Euros.

Wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von aufstrebenden SängerInnen mit künstlerischer Begabung und Talent, die sich wünschen, ihre stimmliche Technik zu verbessern und Oratorium, Oper und das deutsche romantische Liedrepertoire zu studieren. Die Meisterklassen werden die individuellen Anforderungen der SängerInnen berücksichtigen, d.h., Bühnenpräsenz, Vorbereitung für das Vorsingen, Stimm- und Atemtechnik und die Bereitstellung von professionellen Kontakten.
Ein Abschlusskonzert wird der Berliner ×-ffentlichkeit während des XX. Black International Cinema Berlin 2005, 5.-8. Mai, präsentiert. Die Meisterklassen und das Konzert werden von Prof. Norma Sharp und Frau Nena Brzakovic geleitet.

So, after talkinâ€\ with granma, papa anâ€\ mama, hereâ€\s wut I cum up wit:
It seems like you need money, anâ€\ lots of it, to live good anâ€\ also git ‘lected! Anâ€\ without the big pennies, you donâ€\t git ‘lected to a good life or a public office!
Man, so I guess Iâ€\m goinâ€\ to skool to learn sumthinâ€\ to help me for life anâ€\ maybe git ‘lected to office!
But on the other hand, wen my family explains filosophy anâ€\ church anâ€\ stuff to me, then it seems like there are always a lot of other things to konsider!?

If we learn anâ€\ think ‘bout stuff, then it helps me anâ€\ other peeple to know wut to do wit money anâ€\ our life, ‘cause we have sum kinda plan, sum kinda map to go by!

Eines Tages, wenn ich erwachsen werde!
Ich war am Sitz'n und Stink'n üba’s Leben und Schule und so Sachen.
Scheint, als ob sich die Drachenlehrerin in ‘ne Filosophin vawandelt hat nach der Wahl!
Sie sagte: „Man muss philosophisch sein mit dem Ergebnis und in die Zukunft schauen!“
Klingt Okay für mich, aber ich hab’ nich vastand'n, wie Filosophie irgend jemand mehr Stimmen bringt als irgend jemand anders!?
Papa sagt: „Da spielte eine Menge Philosophie eine Rolle, aber viele Leute waren nicht so sehr interessiert am Denken wie an Ja- oder Nein-Antworten!“
Oma sagt: „Nun, sie bekamen Ja- und Nein-Antworten, jetzt lass uns sehen, was dabei herauskommt?"
Mann, Erwachsene könn' manchma' so kompleziert sein!
Also, klar kriegt die Drachenlehrerin die brilliante Idee, uns ‘n Aufsatz als Hausaufgabe aufzugeb'n, üba Geld und Filosophie und das Leben und was wir üba all diese „schemikalischen Kombinationen denk'n“?
Also, nachdem ich mit Oma, Papa und Mama gesproch'n hab’, is' hier, was mir dazu einfällt:
Scheint so, als ob du Geld brauchst, und ‘ne Menge davon, um gut zu leb'n und auch gewählt zu werd'n!
Und ohne die dicken Pennies, wirste nich’ für'n gutes Leben ausgewählt oder für'n öffentliches Amt!
Mann, also glaub' ich, ich geh' zur Schule, um was Hilfreiches für’s Leben zu lern'n und vielleicht für'n Amt gewählt zu werd'n!
Aber auf der ander'n Seite, wenn meine Familie mir was üba Filosophie und Kirche und so'n Zeug erklärt, dann sieht’s so aus, als ob da immer ‘ne Menge and'rer Sachen zu beacht'n sind!?
Ãœberall, wo ich hinkucke, nichts als Komplekationen!
Wenn wir Sachen lernâ€\ und dâ€\rüber nachdenkâ€\n, dann hilft’s mir und and'ren Leuten zu wiss'n, was zu mach'n is’ mit dem Geld und unser’m Leben, weil wir ‘ne Art Plan hab'n, 'ne Art Landkarte zum Weitergeh'n!
Also werd’ ich für'n Drachen schreib'n, dass zuerst Filosophie im Leben kommt und das Geld später. Und sogar, wenn du nich' viel Geld hast, wenn was zuerst kommt, was wichtig is', bist du immer noch besser dran, weil du ‘nen Plan für dein Leben hast.
Dies’ ganze Sitz'n und Stink' laugt mich aus, also geh' ich jetzt schlaf'n und plan mein Leben, während ich träum'.

So, as usual, I wuz sittin' an' stinkin' ‘bout the dragon-teecher, the dungeon skool an’ how opresed us students are, all over the total skool!
Now, we gotta write a paper ‘bout smilin’ Tony an' frownin' Brown!
Sumthin' ‘bout changin’ goverments in diff'rent countries?
Well, smilin' Tony sure messed up wen he threw in with ol' Stetson hat an' his mission ‘complished fairy tale, which still hasn’t reeched a happy endin’ for anybody an' is still a mission, an' nowhere near ‘complished!
The dragon-teecher sez, “At least Tony Blair is leaving right away and Gordon Brown may be able to correct some of the mistakes his predecessor made, but Bush is still around to continue his stubborn ways, which ruined the lives of many other people, while he sleeps safely in the White House, surrounded by well-paid people who are designated to keep him safe."
Hmm, I thought, 1 out, 1 left, but still along way too go, almos’ two years to go, infact!
My granma always sez, "I can understand the people choosing Bush II once, but I cannot imagine what their secret desires were to choose that man twice. Of course, I have to admit, he did some things correctly, but he did so many things incorrectly, that the mistakes overshadow his accomplishments! So I’m afraid we lost more than we gained!"
Wow, granma sed this with a lot of feelin', so I guess she reely ment it!
Sumtimes I think grown-ups choose their politicians like we kidz do wen we play spin the bottle, to see who gets kissed or has too klean the blackboard or take out the garbages!
Ya seen one game, ya seen ‘em all!
Maybe that’s the answer to my homewerk for the dragon-teecher, aka. slave driver, dungeon keeper, busy body person, wen she opreses us kidz to write 'bout politicians in diff'rent countries!

Eines Tages, wenn ich erwachsen werde!
Also, wie üblich war ich am Sitzâ€\n und Stinkâ€\n üba die Drachenlehrerin, die Kerkerschule und wie unterdrückt wir Schüler sind, in der ganzen totalen Schule!
Jetzâ€\ sollâ€\n wir â€\ne Arbeit schreibâ€\n üba Heiterkeitstony und Stirnrunzelbrown!
Irgendwas üba Regierungswechsel in verschiedenen Ländern?
Nun, Heiterkeitstony hatâ€\s garantiert vamasselt, als er sich olle Texashut angeschlossâ€\n hatte und seinem Mission-erfüllt-Märchen, das imma noch kein glückliches Ende erreicht hat für irgendwen, und isâ€\ imma noch â€\ne Mission, und nichâ€\ maâ€\ annähernd erfüllt!
Die Drachenlehrerin sagt: “Wenigstens geht Tony Blair geradewegs und Gordon Brown könnte dazu fähig sein, einige Fehler seines Vorgängers zu korrigieren, aber Bush ist immer noch da und setzt seinen sturen Weg fort, der das Leben vieler anderer Menschen ruinierte, während er sicher im Weißen Haus schläft, umgeben von gutbezahlten Leuten, die dazu bestimmt sind, ihn zu beschützen."
Mmmh, ich dachte, einer draußen, einer geht, aber imma noch â€\n langer Weg vor uns, fast zwei Jahre vor uns, genauer gesagt!
Meine Oma sagt imma: "Ich kann die Menschen verstehen, als sie sich für Bush II einmal entschieden hatten, aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, was ihre geheimen Wünsche waren, als sie den Mann zum zweiten Mal wählten. Natürlich muss ich zugeben, dass er einiges richtig gemacht hat, aber er hat so viele Dinge falsch gemacht, dass die Fehler seine Leistungen überschatten! Darum, fürchte ich, haben wir mehr verloren, als wir gewonnen haben!"
Wow, Oma sagte das mit ganz viel Gefühl, also glaub ich maâ€\, dass sie es wirklich meinte!
Manchmaâ€\ glaub ich, Erwachsene wählâ€\n ihre Politiker wie wir Kinder das machâ€\n, wenn wir Flaschendrehâ€\n, um rauszufindâ€\n, wer geküsst wird oder die Tafel putzâ€\n oder den Müll rausbringâ€\n muss!
Kennste ein Spiel, kennste alle!
Vielleicht isâ€\ das die Antwort für meine Hausaufgabe für die Drachenlehrerin, auch bekannt als Sklaventreiberin, Kerkermeisterin, Arbeitskörper, wenn sie uns Kinder damit unterdrückt, üba Politiker aus verschiedenen Ländern zu schreibâ€\n!
Kennste einen von diesen Politikerleuten, kennste alle!

Dear colleagues and friends of Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre,
We are pleased to report a very successful XX. Black International Cinema Berlin 2005.
We were honored with the presence of guests and filmmakers, fashion designers and models, from the U.S.A., U.K., France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Berlin and elsewhere. In addition, filmmakers and guests were interviewed in the cinema, by co-founder/director/moderator Prof. Donald Muldrow Griffith during The Collegium Television Program Berlin, Trier, Kaiserslautern, Magdeburg and Wolfsburg. The Collegium Television Program is also produced and directed by Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre. A large and responsive audience gathered to screen films and network. The 20th anniversary of the Black International Cinema Berlin was a wonderful, exhausting and fulfilling experience and we look forward to sharing the XXI. Black International Cinema Berlin, Paris, St. Louis, Mo. 2006 festival with all of you, next year!

So, as usual, I wuz sittinâ€\ anâ€\ stinkinâ€\ â€\bout evâ€\rythinâ€\ in general anâ€\ nothinâ€\ in particular, when the dragon-teecher intruded into my space anâ€\ asked me a question, I didnâ€\t know the answer too!
The dragon smiled anâ€\ sed, “I could tell by your eyes with the far away gaze and smile, you were not paying attention! School requires concentration, discipline and constant mental application, except during your free time and this is clearly not your free time â€" Mister Star Gazer!“
Wow, she reely shot me down anâ€\ now I gotta do more homework! She probably had it in mind to do me in with homework anyway anâ€\ wuz jes waitinâ€\ for her big fat chance!
O.K., now I gotta write â€\bout a guy named Galloway!? First I thought he wuz a basketball player, but no such luck!
Seems sum British guy opened new doors in peepleâ€\s heds, with blocked brains in Washington D.C.?
O.K., like Papa sez, “some of those politicians need Ajax cleaner to wipe out the drudge in their brain anâ€\ try to figure out what to do to help someone, besides themselves!“
I think Papa has polickticians on the low end of his ladder of good peeple!
“Not a Mandela among them,“ Papa alwayz sez.
So, no Mandelas, but thatâ€\s not my project. I need to know â€\bout a guy named Galloway from the U.K.!
Kinda rhymes, doesnâ€\t it?
Iâ€\m a poet anâ€\ donâ€\t even know it!
Kool, but whut â€\bout Galloway?
When in doubt or need, Granma anâ€\ Papa alwayz cum to my homework rescue â€" so, here I go!
Seems like Granma anâ€\ Papa thought pretty high of this no basketball player, named Galloway.
Papa sez, “if this man were representative of our leading politicians, this country would at least have clear answers to some of our problems, rather than the mud talk we always hear, at least lately!“
Granma sez, “well, he didnâ€\t stop Buster Blair from going to war, but at least he offered a clear and truer vision of what the Iraq situation was and is all about!
So you read his speech and then write about his telling the truth and trying to tell people about reality and not keep playing Disney World with us, like olâ€\ Stetson Hat and his crew keep doing.“
Wow, strong stuff, but I got all the answers I need for the dragon anâ€\ with the Galloway speech on my paper anâ€\ Granmaâ€\s anâ€\ Papaâ€\s wurds, Iâ€\m gonna reach for the sky!
Ha, ha, look out dragon, here I cum!

Also, wie üblich war ich am Sitzâ€\n und Stinkâ€\n üba alles im Allgemeinen und nix im Besonderen, als die Drachenlehrerin in meine Sphäre eindrang und mir â€\ne Frage stellte, und die Antwort wusstâ€\ ich auch nichâ€\!
Der Drachen lächelte und sagte: “Ich konnte an deinen Augen, mit dem starren Blick in die Ferne und dem Lächeln, sehen, dass du nicht aufgepasst hast! Schule erfordert Konzentration, Disziplin und geistige Mitarbeit, außer während deiner Freizeit und dies ist sicher nicht deine Freizeit â€" Herr Sternengucker!“
Wow, die hat mich echt erwischt und jetzâ€\ muss ich mehr Hausaufgaben machâ€\n. Wahrscheinlich hat sie sowieso schon â€\dran gedacht, mir mit Hausarbeiten eine â€\rein zu drücken, und nur auf ihre fette Chance gewartet!
Okay, jetzâ€\ soll ich üba â€\n Typen namens Galloway schreibâ€\n!? Erst dachte ich, der isâ€\ â€\n Basketballspieler, aber Pech gehabt!
Scheint so, als ob soâ€\n britischer Typ neue Türen geöffnet hat in den Köpfen der Menschen mit blockierten Gehirnen in Washington D.C.?
Okay, wie Papa sagt: “Einige dieser Politiker brauchen Ajaxreiniger, um die Verstopfung aus ihrem Gehirn zu spülen und zu versuchen herauszufinden, was zu tun ist, um jemandem zu helfen, außer sich selbst!“
Ich glaubâ€\, für Papa stehâ€\n Politicker auf der untersten Stufe der guten Menschen!

A distribution agreement has been established between Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service and Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. (Friends Of The German Film Archive), Berlin/Germany, for selected participating films from the annual Black International Cinema Berlin.
PUBLICATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION
The Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service and Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. offers international and inter- and crosscultural perspectives, through film, video and publications.
The cinematic resources include narrative, documentary, experimental and comedic work presented by an international group of video/filmmakers.
Subject matter such as dance, theatre, film, fine arts, socio-political and historical issues are portrayed in our cinematic offerings and also in the Black International Cinema Anthologies.
The BIC Anthologies are published in association with the Black International Cinema film/video festival and are authored by an informed international group of writers.

Zwischen Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service und Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. ist eine Vereinbarung hinsichtlich des Verleihs getroffen worden, bezogen auf ausgesuchte Filme, die auf dem jährlichen Black International Cinema Berlin gezeigt werden.

Der Fountainhead® Tanz Theatre Film-Video Distribution Service und Freunde der Deutschen Kinemathek e.V. bieten internationale, interkulturelle sowie crosskulturelle Perspektiven präsentiert durch Filme, Videos und Publikationen.
Die kinematischen Ressourcen setzen sich zusammen aus Spielfilmen, Dokumentationen, Komödien und Experimentalfilmen präsentiert von einer Gruppe internationaler Video- und Filmemacher.

We are inviting applications from aspiring singers with artistry and talent, who wish to improve their vocal technique and study oratorio, opera and German romantic Lied repertoire.
The master classes will address the singers individual requirements i.e., stage poise, audition preparations, vocal and breathing techniques and professional contacts.
A concluding concert will be presented to the Berlin public during the XX. Black International Cinema Berlin 2005, May 5 – 8. The master classes and concert will be conducted by Prof. Norma Sharp and Ms. Nena Brzakovic.
MAY VOICES IN BERLIN 2005 participants, ages 16 â€" 35, will be selected on a basis of submitted tapes or CD’s. Please mail the audition materials to Prof. Norma Sharp, Hochschule für Musik „Hanns Eisler“, Charlottenstr. 55, 10117 Berlin/Germany, by February 15, 2005.
Please include name, address and age information.
Those invited artists will engage in 5 hour daily classes with Prof. Norma Sharp and Ms. Nena Brzakovic.
Participating artists will be required to pay a fee of 250,00 Euros for master classes and concert.
For those wishing to monitor/observe classes, the fee is 125,00 Euros.
The daily class observation fee is 30,00 Euros.

Wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von aufstrebenden SängerInnen mit künstlerischer Begabung und Talent, die sich wünschen, ihre stimmliche Technik zu verbessern und Oratorium, Oper und das deutsche romantische Liedrepertoire zu studieren. Die Meisterklassen werden die individuellen Anforderungen der SängerInnen berücksichtigen, d.h., Bühnenpräsenz, Vorbereitung für das Vorsingen, Stimm- und Atemtechnik und die Bereitstellung von professionellen Kontakten.
Ein Abschlusskonzert wird der Berliner ×-ffentlichkeit während des XX. Black International Cinema Berlin 2005, 5.-8. Mai, präsentiert. Die Meisterklassen und das Konzert werden von Prof. Norma Sharp und Frau Nena Brzakovic geleitet.

I wuz sittinâ€\ anâ€\ stinkinâ€\ ‘bout life anâ€\ skool anâ€\ things.
Seems like the dragon-teecher turned into a filosopher after the ‘lection!
She sed, “You have to be philosophical about the outcome and look to the future!â€
Sounds O.K. to me, but I didnâ€\t unnerstand how filosophy wuz gonna git sumbody more votes than sumbody else!?
Papa sez, “There was a lot of philosophy in play, but many people were not so much interested in thinking, as they were in yes or no answers!â€
Granma sez, “Well, they got yes and no answers and letâ€\s see what comes of it?â€
Man, grownups can be so komplicated sumtimes!
So, of course the dragon-teecher gits the bright idea to give us sum homework essay, ‘bout money anâ€\ filosophy anâ€\ life anâ€\ wut we think ‘bout all these “kemical kombinations?â€
So, after talkinâ€\ with granma, papa anâ€\ mama, hereâ€\s wut I cum up wit:
It seems like you need money, anâ€\ lots of it, to live good anâ€\ also git ‘lected! Anâ€\ without the big pennies, you donâ€\t git ‘lected to a good life or a public office!
Man, so I guess Iâ€\m goinâ€\ to skool to learn sumthinâ€\ to help me for life anâ€\ maybe git ‘lected to office!
But on the other hand, wen my family explains filosophy anâ€\ church anâ€\ stuff to me, then it seems like there are always a lot of other things to konsider!?
Evâ€\rywhere I look, nuthinâ€\ but komplications!
If we learn anâ€\ think ‘bout stuff, then it helps me anâ€\ other peeple to know wut to do wit money anâ€\ our life, ‘cause we have sum kinda plan, sum kinda map to go by!
So, Iâ€\m gonna write for the dragon, that filosophy in life cums first, anâ€\ money cums later. And even if you donâ€\t have much money, if first things cum first, youâ€\re still better off, cause you have a plan for your life.
All this sittinâ€\ anâ€\ stinkinâ€\ is wearinâ€\ me out, so Iâ€\m gonna go to sleep anâ€\ plan my life, while Iâ€\m dreaminâ€\.

Eines Tages, wenn ich erwachsen werde!
Ich war am Sitz'n und Stink'n üba’s Leben und Schule und so Sachen.
Scheint, als ob sich die Drachenlehrerin in ‘ne Filosophin vawandelt hat nach der Wahl!
Sie sagte: „Man muss philosophisch sein mit dem Ergebnis und in die Zukunft schauen!“
Klingt Okay für mich, aber ich hab’ nich vastand'n, wie Filosophie irgend jemand mehr Stimmen bringt als irgend jemand anders!?
Papa sagt: „Da spielte eine Menge Philosophie eine Rolle, aber viele Leute waren nicht so sehr interessiert am Denken wie an Ja- oder Nein-Antworten!“
Oma sagt: „Nun, sie bekamen Ja- und Nein-Antworten, jetzt lass uns sehen, was dabei herauskommt?"
Mann, Erwachsene könn' manchma' so kompleziert sein!
Also, klar kriegt die Drachenlehrerin die brilliante Idee, uns ‘n Aufsatz als Hausaufgabe aufzugeb'n, üba Geld und Filosophie und das Leben und was wir üba all diese „schemikalischen Kombinationen denk'n“?
Also, nachdem ich mit Oma, Papa und Mama gesproch'n hab’, is' hier, was mir dazu einfällt:
Scheint so, als ob du Geld brauchst, und ‘ne Menge davon, um gut zu leb'n und auch gewählt zu werd'n!
Und ohne die dicken Pennies, wirste nich’ für'n gutes Leben ausgewählt oder für'n öffentliches Amt!
Mann, also glaub' ich, ich geh' zur Schule, um was Hilfreiches für’s Leben zu lern'n und vielleicht für'n Amt gewählt zu werd'n!
Aber auf der ander'n Seite, wenn meine Familie mir was üba Filosophie und Kirche und so'n Zeug erklärt, dann sieht’s so aus, als ob da immer ‘ne Menge and'rer Sachen zu beacht'n sind!?
Ãœberall, wo ich hinkucke, nichts als Komplekationen!

Also werd’ ich für'n Drachen schreib'n, dass zuerst Filosophie im Leben kommt und das Geld später. Und sogar, wenn du nich' viel Geld hast, wenn was zuerst kommt, was wichtig is', bist du immer noch besser dran, weil du ‘nen Plan für dein Leben hast.
Dies’ ganze Sitz'n und Stink' laugt mich aus, also geh' ich jetzt schlaf'n und plan mein Leben, während ich träum'.
