I’m not sure where the person above has got the infomation from, but i can assure you the business is still running from the site, and there is restoration work taking place on the outside of the building at this very moment.
this is coming from an somebody still employed with the business.
ps the Landlords of the property have no plans of demolishing the building as was discussed at a town meeting in the autumn of 2011
