Photograph taken in 1968 of the former Broadway cinema. The cinema was purchased in 1957 by Victor Value supermarkets, later sold to Tesco in 1968. Interesting to see that after more than a decade there was little alteration to the façade apart to the entrance. Still remaining in situ are the cinema canopy also the large cinema poster board above. Looking a few yards to the left the alley to the rear cinema car park still has part of the original signage.
