  • <p>The grand opening of Loew’s Tampa was held on December 20, 1968. Loew’s did not have rocking chair seating as stated in ad–seats were push-back. Theatre was sold to General Cinema towards the end of 1972 and was later twinned and renamed Austin Cinema I & II.</p>
