It’s not the screen size that’s important, it’s the experience. And without people talking around me during the films, with special events and corresponding menu items, alcohol, food brought right to you, and truly unique programming, I’d gladly go to this theater than an IMAX size one any day. And though they may be strapped for size (since it is a historic building with 2 screens squeezed into one small building), they don’t skimp on the audio setup in the least. I love you, Drafthouse

According to this article, it’s soon to be changed to the newest downtown location of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. So, movies will once again play and be appreciated at the Ritz/Alamo Drafthouse Downtown.
