Looking into the cinema stalls area. The cross girder to the left of the picture supported the screen and speaker systems. Parts of the art deco designs can still be seen on the far side wall along with the exit doorway which led out to a side alley between the cinema and the newsagents next door. Behind the screen area can be seen the access stairs and doorway for maintenance.
