Originally owned by the Ram family and named for one of Mr. Ram’s daughters. Another daughter, Patricia, had her namesake a few doors down, just south of the Rosemary. (See Patricia Theater) The Rosemary building, after operating as The Cinema, was demolished, but The Patricia building still still stands having had a number of retail uses over the years.
