C.S. Jensen and J.G. Von Herberg under the auspices of First National Theaters relaunched the Roxy here on April 15, 1933 with “A Kiss Before the Mirror”. Stars George Jessel and Norma Talmadge were on hand. Just two days later, a bomb rocked the area in what was assumed to be a labor protest.
