Looking down balcony towards screen

Note.. according to the owner, the screen and stage was about 10' above ground level. As you look down at the screen in this picture, the area by the stairs (including the stairwell) was open. The people in the level auditorium viewed the stage/screen with heads tilted up. He said the miners sat in the balcony (which were the cheap seats). But if you ask me, those would be the better seats.
