Derrick Drive-In was located at Hwy 385 & 14th Street in Crane, Texas. Entrance & exit was on and off 14th street but drive-in faced Hwy 384.In 1960, Crane Theatre was located at 109 W. 5th St, Crane, Texas 79731 and was managed by Kenneth Fisher. The manager lived in an appartment on 2nd floor of the theater. The theater was open for matinees Sat & Sun and on holidays but films were taken to Derrick Drive-In and shown at night at Derrick Drive-In. In the 1960s, one of the projectionist was DSmith who graduated CHS in 1966.
