The top of this May 1, 1954 ad in the Denver Post is notable for at least two reasons. It shows the layout of the “auditorium” and the viewing field, and it indicates that Lee had already decided the impending snow storm made it wise to set its opener for a week later. I also wonder whether the Wadsworth really had an arched background behind the screen. Not my copyright of course, and possibly in the public domain.
