Boondall Drive-In Stanworth Road and Mayfair Place, Boondall, QLD - Rex Piggott employed as projectionist for 30 years.
Rex Piggott commenced his career in the film industry as a 14 year old in England. After emigrating to Aust he secured the Projectionist position at the Boondall drive in. Rex was employed at the drive-in for 30 years, right up until the Drive-In closed, & was a respected member of the Society of Cinema Pioneers..Contributed by Greg Lynch -
