The final act of the Pender Opera House seems to be a magic show by LeRoy, the Wizard and his Funmakers on August 11, 1945 in which he must have made the business disappear. A classified advertisement in 1946 listed the Opera House seating for sale and no further activity though the building was still around in the 2020s.
