These photo’s were taken after the main projection room with Philips DP70’s was closed. All three screens were projected from the ground floor in one room with Cinemeccanica Vic 8’s. Screen two and three had new Cinemeccanica Vic 9’s installed when tripled in Sept 1974 but were replace with Vic 8’s when all three screens were interlocked to show one print, the first film to do that was if my memory serves me right was “The Sound of Music”, it took 90 feet of film spacing to lace up all three projectors.
