Interior photograph of the auditorium 1928 taken from the rear stalls under the small balcony, the front can be seen at the top of the photograph. Art Deco rainbow designs decorate the upper sections of the side walls with cloud motifs painted upon each interspersing pier. Silver panelling below the black dado to floor level. Main feature is the proscenium silver satin curtains upon which are appliqué circular motifs, these were highlighted with various changes by the Hollophane coloured lighting.
