Used to store furniture after closing in 1960. Building is vacant but stabilized in hopes someone will buy and restore. The Groves building to the left has been restored and connected to the Alameda. The Groves building has bathrooms, kitchen, elevator and dressing rooms that could be used for Alameda. The theater is too small for restrooms.
