The 1928 Granada Theatre is shown in the 1945 Film Daily Yearbook as open with seating for 1,000. Alpine's other movie houses also once included the Cactus Theatre and the Mojave Theatre and the Texas Theatre, but the Granada Theatre was the city's largest theatre. The theatre has long since been closed.

The Granada Theater is not open. It is privately owned and there is nothing in the building. He is trying to sell the building
The address of the Theater is 303 E.Holland Ave. and it is owned by Mike McMillan.

From the interior photos at the official website above, the auditorium looks stripped to the bare walls, but the ornate pressed tin ceiling is still intact. Lobby is modern decor.
