The Winner Theatre was situated in the Sai Ki Wan district on the Hong Kong Island.

It opened to business on 20th January, 1963 with a second run "The Ladies Man".

The auditorium was on the first floor of the theatre building, while the lobby was on the ground floor. Besides the lobby, the ground floor was divided into several shops.

According to promotion articles published by the Chinese language "Wah Kiu Yat Po", religious services were held at the theatre every Sunday mornings in 1964 and 1965.

It showed second run English and first run Chinese dialect films until its closure on 2nd February, 1977.

A residential building was built on the site of the theatre.
