"This particular Joy Drive In was actually in Shreveport rather than Minden and I saw some real clunkers here including 2000 Maniacs. It was a great place to take a date!"....Billy Smith

The status should be closed. I doubt that the Joy is still operating. Here is an undated photo of the Joy Drive-In taken just before it opened.
