Located in the Green Tree Mall, it was last operated by Cinemark as a discount house. Not to be confused with the now closed Greentree 4 Theatre in the same mall.

The theatre was closed on October 25. 2009, but plans were proposed to reopen some of the space as a live theatre venue, which will also screen independent movies. Also planned are a recording studio, and a full concession stand and redoing the lobby.

I am the Leasee of the former Greentree 4, and i am making a vow that the Greentree 10 will not sit vacant long. I am working on a plan with my investors to reopen the building as a live stage performance theater, with space for independent film showing and more. this building will live again. By the way, many of the original fixtures and screens were salvaged by the "professional dumpster divers of Psychomaina" and it is very hard to dumpster dive in the mall parking-lot, in broad daylight. That is a toot of our own horn.....wish us luck in both theaters.
