That’s the nearby Garden Theatre which was open on a ten year lease from 1921 to 1931. The Paramount took the wind out of the Garden’s sails with the Garden converting to sound very late in 1930. Too late to consider a renewal but the building still stands as of 2016 and looking very good as a retail / mixed use site.
