Maple City Drive-In. Kodachrome image taken by Albert S. “Al” Johnson in the fall of 1952. Family records show that this was the fifth Michigan drive-in built by Al’s Johnson Construction Company.
This slide shows four of the vertical screen tower trusses in place. They are attached at their base to steel brackets which were set into the concrete foundation.
