A rather small marquee outside the Oakridge triplex, which was somewhat typical of the time. This was the first Cineplex Odeon to open in Vancouver after Drabinsky acquired the Canadian Odeon chain, although the grand opening ad showed both logos as the acquisition was still in progress. This theater also had the honor of being the first THX certified auditorium in Canada.
To the right of the marquee were the actual exit doors for the theater. To enter, you would go in the mall entrance, turn left and then arrive at the box office in next photo.
