Taken not long before conversion to a Tesco supermarket. I worked there in 1968/9 as a shelf-stacker. The circle (like the Gaumont) has been extended forward to the proscenium arch and used as a warehouse. Both the upper half of the proscenium arch and the original ceiling were intact.
