Photograph of the Troxy General Manager Reginald Sowden, who oversaw the opening of the Troxy theatre. The theatre had a staff of 300, the staff had their own canteen as the theatre opening times were from Noon till Midnight. Also there were staff football and swimming clubs. Reginald Sowden had previously been the Manager of the Metropole Theatre Victoria London.
